产品概述
青霉素-链霉素(Penicillin-Streptomycin Solution)混合液,通常也被称为“双抗”,是体外培养中为预防微生物污染最常用的抗生素,常配制成100倍浓度母液使用。其中,青霉素能够干扰细菌细胞壁的合成,对革兰阳性菌特别有效;而链霉素能够与细菌核糖体30S亚单位结合,抑制细菌蛋白质的合成,对革兰氏阴性菌和革兰氏阳性菌均有效,但对革兰氏阴性菌特别有效。青霉素和链霉素联合使用可以预防绝大部分的细菌污染,但青霉素溶液对温度和酸碱度较为敏感,室温易降解,需冷冻保存,PH 6.0~6.5时最为稳定;而链霉素则相对稳定,PH 5.0~7.5时最为稳定。

2、使用本产品时应注意无菌操作,避免污染;
3、本产品为浓缩液,请根据需要稀释后使用;

5、2℃~8℃中解冻,摇匀后使用,切忌反复冻融,用量较少时建议分装冻存;
6、本产品仅用于科研或进一步研究使用,不用于诊断和治疗。
